My commitment to personalized care that caters to each client’s unique needs is the driving force behind The Wellness Technique. My primary focus is serving those with labor-intensive or physically demanding positions. Behind everything you see, there is a curtain concealing the magic. Be it, training, production, assistant, domestic, or contracting. There is always a team of folks who are first to arrive and last to leave, who put their bodies through the most! I am the body relaxation tailor to the BTS (behind the scenes) artisan. However, I am acutely aware that everybody and every body still requires a therapeutic touch. Trained in several modalities with multiple certifications, I use soft tissue manipulation to restore, preserve, and promote overall wellness and quality of life by creating an environment where my client feels safe, secure, and comfortable, allowing them to focus on their self-care and rejuvenation.

The purpose of therapeutic massage is to influence cellular changes in the soft tissues that promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall wellness. The benefits are endless. Including but not limited to:
